ELIZABETH ORTIZ: CEO

Elizabeth Ortiz is the President and CEO of MY Lifestyle Magazine, the top boutique magazine for multicultural readers. The magazine is headquartered in New York City and distributed around the U.S. and other Latin American countries.

Ortiz hails from Colombia and upon arriving in the U.S, immediately pursued higher education at Hunter College studying English and Theater. She went on to Baruch College to study Marketing and Media/Communication, and later earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration.

She has a passion for business, and has been involved in marketing strategy, branding, promotion, events and real estate. In addition, Ortiz is a TV contributor at Acceso Total on Telemundo 47-New York.

She created The Fashion and Design Chamber of Commerce in order to support upcoming designers around the world.

As a strong believer in education and its impact to change the world, Elizabeth belongs to Latino Youth For Higher Education (LYHEP)..

She got a nomination as the National Director for North, Central and South America for the Miss Heritage International Beauty Pageant in South Africa. Now her magazine is bringing and supporting beauty contests around the world.

Elizabeth Ortiz is also a contributor and supporter of Latinas en New York community support platform.

Sandra Escallón: Deputy Digital Editor

Sandra Escallón is a bilingual journalist and public speaker based in NYC. She is passionate about arts, culture, and social issues. Sandra graduated from Montclair University with a major in Communication Studies (Emphasis in Journalism and Organizational Communication). She has experienced as a writer, journalist, social media expert, public relations, reporter and blogger.

Sandra has worked with media outlets such as HOLA! USA, NY1 noticias, En La Escena TV,  My LifeStyle Magazine, Fusion Magazine and Noticia Corta. Sandra was also the Press Representative/Public Relations Specialist of World Music Boutique Productions and Daniel Fetecua Productions, and has collaborated as Press Officer of The Colombian Film Festival. Some of the assignments that she has attended are: The Colombian Film Festival, New York Fashion Week, Afro-Latino Festival and others. She has also interviewed artists such as Calle 13, Bomba Estéreo, Hans Zimmer and JR. Sandra thinks that believing in her dreams, listening to her heart and love are the tools to be a light for herself and share it with the world.

Nataly Yabur: Fashion Editor, Event Planner

She is a fashion designer who work with wardrobe stylist selecting the clothing for published editorial features, print or television advertising campaigns,

music videos, concert performances, and any public appearances made by celebrities, models or other public figures.

She is part of the creative team of My Lifestyle magazine and the same time she have assembled, collaborating group of people who working with the fashion designer, photographer/director, and makeup artist to put together a particular look or theme for the specific project by the client
