Premio Lo Nuestro honored Colombian singer Carlos Vives with the renowned “Premio Lo Nuestro a la Excelencia” for his extraordinary contributions to Latin music throughout his career on Thursday night. Prior to accepting the recognition, Vives performed a few of his greatest hits next to some of the most talented Colombian stars the industry has ever seen. Juanes, Fonseca, Silvestre, Jorge Celedon, ChocQuibTown, Maluma, J Balvin, and some of the most recognized soccer players painted the stage red, blue and yellow in an epic performance that definitely brought Colombia to Miami.
