The Damas De Lincoln campaign continues to recognize local Hispanic women entrepreneurs and professional women in the media industry that serve as inspiration for other young professional Latinas to succeed in their craft. Last year’s 3rd celebration event in partnership with MY Lifestyle Magazine, took place at the exclusive 21
Room in NYC on Friday, December 16, 2016.

Damas de Lincoln exemplifies Lincoln’s core values of commitment to quality, excellence and extraordinary service.

The emblematic brand of the elegant Lincoln American cars, are characterized by its classic, unique luxury design. Damas de Lincoln is the initiative of its Director of communications in Spanish, Sisko-Anthony Cruz; the award honors and salutes, Hispanic women of distinction for their numerous contributions to business, community, entrepreneurs, content creators and change agents in the arts, media and entertainment fields that exemplify excellence through their philanthropic and community involvement, as well as through their social media influence, arts and culture.

The highly anticipated Women’s Success Awards offers outstanding networking Opportunities, idea exchanges, Q&A sessions, mini-master mind roundtable discussions, plus a special Lincoln Motor Company panel of “Damas de Lincoln” sharing their insight.

Sisko says, “It is my passion and purpose to celebrate the female trailblazers impacting positive change in their communities while paving new roads for other women alike.”

The Event Is a unique way to bring women together to intimately share stories, collaborate ideas and celebrate accomplishments in the marketplace.

There are 22 million Latinas living in the U.S. and Latina owned businesses account for nearly 36 percent of Hispanic small business growth. Each “Dama” has their own brand and leadership role in their community, allowing Lincoln to leverage these unique profiles and networks for relevant topical storytelling.

The goal of the evening was to provide and offer an inquisitive and informative setting for Veronica Albornoz, Albania Rosario, Erica Mariera, Mariela Dabbah, Paola Mata, and Silvana Marmolejos. These aforementioned women are moving the needle and disrupting their industries with game changing ideas and synergies where saluted. These multicultural powerful and influential women offered to share with us all nuggets of wisdom, their own life lessons in business, and their own personal year’s highlights.

Within three years, this event has become nothing short of amazing and one of the most anticipated of its kind in New York City.

She is a fashion designer who work with wardrobe stylist selecting the clothing for published editorial features, print or television advertising campaigns, music videos, concert performances, and any public appearances made by celebrities, models or other public figures. She is part of the creative team of My Lifestyle magazine and the same time she have assembled, collaborating group of people who working with the fashion designer, photographer/director, and makeup artist to put together a particular look or theme for the specific project by the client
